Oligo Family Cleaning Services placed this procedure here in case you have questions. 

Our main goal is to make sure we keep your home or business clean and hassle free. Policies and procedures help us communicate to you the things we believe are important to our business.

Safety - Keys & Alarm Systems

Our customers leave a key to their home at our office, and we take measures to protect each key. No identifying information is ever put on any key other than the design created by the customer. Also, for your safety, we do not return keys by mail.

If you have an alarm system at your home and it is simple to operate, you can give

instructions on its operation to us in writing at our first visit. However, if your alarm system is complicated, we prefer that your alarm be left off on the day of the cleaning. Please refer to our breakage and loss policy for additional information.

Employees

Our employees are important to us and we are serious about keeping them safe.

They do not move or lift anything 25 pounds or more.

They do not use ladders more than 3 steps high.

These types of activities put our employees at risk of injuries. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like an oven or refrigerator, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area. For all special requests, simply give us a call to arrange your need to be handled properly.

Cancellation

If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify us at least 1 business day before the scheduled day. Email, Phone Call, or Text works best. That will allow us to reassign the service provider or team to another appointment. 

If we receive less than 1 business day notice, or can't access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge half price of your cleaning.

If for some reason you wish to terminate your Cleaning Service, feel free to email us.

Arrival Notice

If you wish to wait for your provider to give them access into your home, please realize that we can give arrival windows of about 4 hours, such as 9 am -1:00 pm or 11am - 3:00 pm.

Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts or customers adding

services. We want to save you time and not make you waste it waiting for us to arrive.

Leaving a key with us is the most efficient way for you to provide your service provider access to your home.

Payments and Refunds

Payments

For your convenience, Oligo Family Cleaning Services gladly accepts the following forms of

payment: Cash, check, or Venmo @oligofamilycs. Customers will be expected to pay for their cleaning at the time of service.

A $5.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made on the scheduled service

day, and a $10.00 fee is applied to all returned checks. If you use a credit card, your account

will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, after each cleaning. Paid invoices are available upon request.

Refunds

Since cleaning is a personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. If you find that your house is still dirty after one of our cleanings, simply let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll send another cleaner to your home, to clean what was missed or not properly cleaned, at no cost to you.

Tipping

Oligo Family Cleaning Services does not require tipping, but it is greatly appreciated. 

A simple note expressing your appreciation for our service can mean a great deal.

*We are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
